At Salon de la Vie we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to our Salon de la Vie team professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

All cancelations with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s). If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Please keep in mind that there is no charge to reschedule your appointment as long as you do so in advance.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Lash Appointments

A credit card will be required to book any of the lash services we offer. The full amount of the scheduled service will serve as deposit for your appointment. All cancelations with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s).

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We are committed to safeguarding the health of our customers and service team. As we monitor the spread of COVID-19, we want to keep you informed about what we are doing to prevent the spread of coronavirus in our community and how you can help.

We will remain open and serving clients for as long as safely possible.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick or have been exposed to COVID-19. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy and have not been exposed, we are looking forward to seeing you soon!

WHAT WE ARE DOING
You can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout the facility and the tools we use to perform services.
