To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please either call the salon directly or send an email to salondelavie@gmail.com. Please note that text message replies are not accepted, as our system does not support two-way texting. While you may receive appointment confirmations via text, we are unable to receive or respond to those messages.
In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We believe that these policies will help us serve you better and will serve to protect our team's livelihood as last-minute cancellations and no shows affect their ability to earn a living. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
